Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the Symposium topics:

• Test methods in fretting fatigue;

• Recent experimental results in fretting fatigue;

• Theories and mechanisms of fretting fatigue or fretting wear;

• Modelling of fretting fatigue and/or fretting wear; 

• Applications and case studies, including the use of coatings, surface treatment and other palliatives.
